The Office of Trade and Finance, Vosenuvitia District

Sire,

Would it be possible for Vosenuvitia to open a trade channel with Constanacia via the Ministry of Finance, International Trade and Industry that would enable its goods to be shipped across the vast network of Constancian ports? We would expect no major favors, we are prepared to work to pay the price you require; merely, we would like to confirm this access so that we can inform our suppliers (divisions of a Workers' Cooperative owned and managed by the Vosenuvitians) that their mineral and light manufacturing products, which Vosenuvitia is especially known for, will have markets in which to be sold and be profitable.

Sincerely,

Jacob Smith
State Workers' Cooperative Liaison
