I could be wrong, but I think Scott created this around 2001-2002.
It's a good timeline though, covering the events from 1999 up to the founding of the UAS.

Heh, AIN timed democracy riots and Ryan leading a military coup. Good times. I don't think I've ever seen Scott so angry since.
