To appoint a Minister of Information.
[Executive Order Number Twenty (20)]


1. Thorstein Noah Hallbjörns- og Esthersson of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja, and Prince of Natopia, is hereby appointed as the Minister of Information.
1.1 The Minister has responsibility for Cartography, the Bureau of Assistance Services, the Empire Library, and the Library of Law, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Caprine Code.
2. The Office of the Chancellor may assign duties to or remove duties from the Minister from time to time.
