Fellow Natopians,

Today is an historic day. We are witnesses to the first transfer of Chancellorial power in the current Bovic Tapferite Empire. As I officially leave office, Chancellor Erion replaces me, and with him I entrust the Frenzy and the Caprine Code. It is a good day for Natopia! Congratulations Chancellor, you received a unanimous vote, a sure mandate from the populace of their faith in you and your future as the leader of this nation's government.
