I will not sign this bill into law. I seem to have missed it due to being on a sort of LOA but I am firmly against the change. I believe there is no need at all to change the Act, which was a product of long debate and sufficient scrutiny by parliament.

Furthermore, I'd like you not to vote with both of your characters in the Brettish Isles, since it gives you an unfair position.
