Edward of Hartshire by the Grace of HRH The Lord Regent of the Shires of Dartmoor, Kent, and Hampshire of The Kingdom of Great Willow Lord To all to Whom these Presents shall come Greeting Whereas proper management of the finances and taxes established in the Shires of Dartmoor, Kent, and Hampshire of The Kingdom of Great Willow is required, I, Edward Weatherill, do hereby decree that the Exchequer of Hartshire is established to collect taxes and maintain good economic state of the Shires of Dartmoor, Kent, and Hampshire of The Kingdom of Great Willow. The aforesaid Exchequer is headed by the Lord of the Shires of Dartmoor, Kent, and Hampshire of The Kingdom of Great Willow as High Treasurer Commanding also that this be sealed And finally I declare that all provisions of acts, laws, decrees, resolutions, orders, regulations, or customs, if any, which are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this decree shall upon the coming into effect of this decree be repealed, suppressed and superseded.
