Re: Comital Decrees
I started writing a wiki article for Kezan and I'm not sure what kind of term best describes the form of government. The County Palatine isn't run in a feudal manner or in a republic. It's sort of an oligarchy, but an oligarchy of one family. Is there a term in which a single family possesses all authority? Or is it an autocratic monarchy, because all applications of authority derives from the seat of the Count Palatine?

Re: Comital Decrees
You could probably get away with calling it a dynastic technocracy until something snazzier comes to mind.

Dynastic Technocracy does have a snazzy sound to it, I suppose.

Back to the thread at hand, neat new seal. I can make out 'Octaviov' and 'Kezanos' but I'm interested that you describe the three inscriptions as 'statements'. What is their translation into Shirenglish?

Re: Comital Decrees
I guess they aren't necessarily statements, but eh.
They're Greek, using an Early Cyrillic font, which I could get away with because of the similarity, especially back then. Early Cyrillic included letters relevant to Greek but not Slavic that were later removed. One divergence from the Greek is that I used an "i" with a diaresis when not used as a full vowel (semivowel or consonant). I think Elwynnese does that? And a stigma for the S, because medieval Greek and Cyrillic used a lunatic sigma and I thought the stigma character looked better. I went with full minuscule instead of upper and lower case, because that's a trait seen in medieval writing.
Going from the top around clockwise, they say:

All great suggestions .
Adding too, perhaps something more Octavian family name focused: "Octavian Feudalistic Autocracy"
