2. Province code,
- Enhasa Province- EN
- Ardyboran Province- AR
- Jbeil Province - JB
- Nissud Province - NI
- Thassala Province - TH
- Nelaga Province - NE
- Dominion of Wadonstol - DW
- Dominion of Summerisle - DS
The Letter/Number combinations are divided as LN - LNN, and are issued completely random. Except for the first letter in the following cases,
- A - Army
- C - Church
- D - Diplomatic vehicles
- G - Government
- P - President, also used by former presidents
- V - Vryholders, although they also use the G.
