Redeployment of RDF Resources out of Aryasht Dominion

Following a cost-benefit analysis conducted by the Administrative Office, the Government of the Antican Republic has deemed it an overall benefit to the remainder of the Antican Republic to remove its personnel, military facilities, government and legal infrastructure, and funding from the Dominion of Aryasht.

As such, the Republican Defense Force has outlined the following redeployment of its resources out of Aryasht:

1. Aryasht Frontier Land Drones shall be redeployed to the Aryasht-Antican border as follows:
   1. Land Drones assigned to Sectors I through VI will be convoyed and redeployed to the Aryasht-Korhal Border.
   2. Land Drones assigned to Sectors VII through XVII will be convoyed and redeployed to the Aryasht-Phedodah Border.
   3. Land Drones assigned to Sectors XVIII through XXIII will be convoyed and redeployed to the Aryasht-Skiron Border.
   
   These borders will be reclassified from Open to Exclusion Level 2.
2. Border crossing points between Aryasht and Antica will be established as indicated on the attached map, drawn from the existing Aryasht-Flanders crossing points and Fort Mahamudra. Until these new border crossing points are established, the border will be closed following land drone redeployment.
3. Bumblebee Aerial Combat Drone and Eagle Surveillance Drone squadrons will be redeployed from their forward bases as indicated on the attached map. These redeployments to Fort Ilialehi, Phedodah, and Fort Livadia, Skiron, are temporary reassignments, and these squadrons will be distributed along the Exclusion Zone after an in-depth border security assessment has been completed.
4. Maritime Division squadrons shall be restationed to the Jordan Calvinus Anchorage, Korhal, and Antican Norfolk.

Drones will be redeployed en masse in order to avoid a breakdown of frontier security. To avoid Aryezi border flight, their redeployment will take place as soon as a detailed convoy itinerary has been completed.

Following this redeployment, there will be no RDF personnel within the Dominion of Aryasht and the defense of Aryasht will no longer be included within the RDF standing mission. All Anticans, Korhalli, Albionese, and resident foreigners residing within Aryasht are advised to leave for their own safety.

The Kingdom of Babkha shall dispatch two merchant vessels to an Aryasht port, to be advised, at the earliest opportunity in order to evacuate passport holders of the Harmonious Society. Anticans, Albionese and Skerryians requesting evacuation will also be welcomed aboard subject to there being available berths.

The Imperial Divan urges all persons able to that they depart the Aryasht Dominion with all due haste before the last RDF border-protection assets are withdrawn and the Apollonian hordes shown a clear road to the sea.

Considering the fact that Aryasht has managed its own security with its own military for most of its history, this is meaningless. The frontier lands will be burned and tamed, like the Qing did to Dzunghar and Xinjiang. Also, Norfolk is PART of Aryasht.

I think you might be confusing Norfolk with Montauk. Understandable, since they're both seaside settlements on the American Eastern Seaboard island regions on the edge of the North Raynor Sea.

By the way, in the geography I constructed for Aryasht a while back, the northern and eastern borders are mountain borders insulating Aryasht from the steppe. You might want to factor that in.

I'm not confusing Norfolk with Montauk. Norfolk was de facto transferred to Aryasht. It was just never formalized because all activity ceased. It was natural for make it part of Aryasht due to its contiguity.

It wasn't formally added to any province or territory in Antica by any law, so its really in a state of limbo and is not technically a province or territory of Antica.

The laws of Antica don't apply to territories under the jurisdiction of Aryasht currently though. And Norfolk is under the jurisdiction of Aryasht and our navy is there.

I suppose if I were to point out that no such Aryezi military deployments have been established there, you would simply make a 1-line post about how 50 of the world's most powerful battleships are stationed there.

It has not been established that Antican Norfolk is under any jurisdiction other than the national government.
