1. Jingdao will prosper for at least 500 daor to come and all policies should be made with this in mind.
2. All of Western and Southern Apollonia is Jingdao's back garden.
3. Jingdao must be at peace with its neighbors, its neighbors must accept Jingdaoese hegemony.
