Rules of the Micras Steamcar Race Organisation

Fine Saxon beer is best served in large quantities, serving it to you is one of our best qualities. Some people come here to discuss politics, others to fight. Last man standing was right.

Rules of the Micras Steamcar Race Organisation

Post by Raz »

The Micras Steamcar Race Organisation is an organisation based in Daocheng, Jingdao, which organizes races around Micras. In these races, the participants drive cars that are powered by a steam engine with stone coal as the fuel. All participants will drive a car that has been built to the same specifications, set by the organisation at the beginning of the season.

The organisation will organize ten great races every year, which will count towards the Micran Championship. The winner of such races shall be awarded ten points, the runner up five, the number three three and the number four one.

The total length of an official race will be between 10.000 and 50.000 meters. Laps shall be no shorter than 500 meters but single-lap races can be held, for example on a road that is normally open to the public. Shorter distances can be chosen for events that focus on younger pilots.

Pilots must refrain from driving recklessly. In order to advance the idea of safe driving, shatter proof wind screens, seat belts, helmets and other safety features, apart from goggles, cotton clothing and leather gloves and boots, are banned in official races for adult participants.
