Item 1. Opening of meeting.
The Timeless Shadow opened the meeting and led the Senate in prayer.

Item 2. Roll call.
The Timeless Shadow conducted the roll call, and the Senators checked every other Senator's plenipotentiary powers.

Item 3. Election of chair, secretary and attestors to the meeting.
1. The Timeless Shadow called an election for chair of the meeting.

• The Timeless Shadow nominated Mineer Jacob Demeterszoon.
  
  Senator Demeterszoon accepted the nomination.
  
  The Senate elected by acclamation Mineer Jacob Demeterszoon the chair of the meeting, effective on next point of the agenda.

2. The Timeless Shadow called an election for secretary of the meeting.

• Aq. Nghafh Ctagd nominated Aqa Vidar Ezkaron.
  
  Senator Ezkaron accepted the role.
  
  The Senate elected by acclamation Senator Ezkaron to Secretary of the meeting.

3. The Timeless Shadow called an election for two attestors to the meeting.

  Both nominees accepted their nomination.

Item 4. Question of whether or not the meeting had been called in accordaince with the rules.

The Senate found that the meeting had been called in accordance with the rules of order.

Item 5. Abdication of the Queen

The Timeless Shadow and Queen of Leng informed the Senate that following her appointment to Metrobosarch of Benacia she had now resigned the throne of Leng, effective upon the election of a new monarch.

All Senators subsequently bowed to the Queen and kissed her feet.


Item 6. Election of a new monarch

The Chair called for an election of a new monarch. He asked for nominees.

Senator Ezkaron nominated Queen Noor.

Senator Fhangwai nominated Senator Demeterszoon.

Both nominees accepted their nomination.

The Chair called for a vote.

Votes for Queen Noor as Queen of Leng

Votes for Senator Demeterszoon as King of Leng

The Chair found that with 4 votes for Queen Noor and 2 votes for himself (he did not vote as he was chairing, in line with the rules of order), a majority had selected Queen Noor as Queen of Leng.

All Senators subsequently bowed to the Queen and kissed her feet.

The Timeless Shadow moved to end the meeting, which was seconded by all other Senators.

The Chair adjourned the meeting.
