This is prime land in a quantity that soon will not be available anymore once
we start selling land in smaller parcels only. Freeway access. Rents to collect
from many businesses and properties. Waterfront. Scenic areas perfect
to build one's summer mansion or palace. Land is indicated by pink pixel in map
above.

The reserve is only 5,000 Erb. There are no other costs associated with the
sale other than the sale price and if you are the winning bidder after you send
payment and the Lord of Montauk approves, the land is 100% yours.

This is the entirety of the description of the land that is available
from the seller. Any further research is the responsibility of the buyer.

Jack, unfortunately, I am going to have to decline your bid. No offense, but
there are far richer people and entities than you (and The Brettish Isles), at
least by my estimation, that I thought would buy this land first, and could do
so with much more ease. I think you could truly use the 500 Erb on something
less risky. I think I have already disclosed that like any investment this comes
with risks ("caveat emptor"). The risks in this case could be very high financially
speaking.

The question is, people, are you rich enough or egotistical enough that these risks
are in essence minor to you? Do you want to see land sales, like the CWG stock sales, take
off on Micras? Or, even, do you, I dare say, dislike Aryasht or me personally and
want to stick a thumb in our eye by owning a pixel of our land that we cannot legally
take from you except as allowed by law? You could rename the pixel "Ihategilesburg!"

So, this auction shall proceed one more day. Also, if Kaiser Trantor IV wins the
auction with his bid, my Risk Analyst Richard Walthorpe of First Bank of Montauk
informs me that based on prior experiences with this character (under one of his
other assumed names) that we should only do business with him via Certified Broker.
