As administrator of the Emir of Sajin GmbH portfolio I request that Agenda Item One shall be the appointment of Tarjei Einhornsson as Chairman of the Board of Commonwealth Global.

I second this request as well as second the request of Shareholder Emir of Sajin. Furthermore, I also request the board to discuss the matter of the abandonment of the Eliria Solar Power project - a project that was to be done at the company's cost and was to be of very little benefit to The Elwynnese Union.

• Election of Tarjei Einhornsson as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Common Wealth Global.

On the first order of business, Movement of CWG corporate headquarters to Shirekeep or to remain in Alexandria, how do the Shareholders vote?

As manager of The OmniTree Group (listed erroneously as The Einhorn-Silverman-Bochs Group) I vote in favor of its move to Shirekeep.

Mr. Acting Chairman Tarjei, Simon B.E. has voted out of turn. But he is being expedient. Thus I followup with my votes as well.

- To settle out of the court system to Simon ben Erasmus for a sum of 1,000 SCUE and 2,500,000 shares.

I vote NAY. Settling for 2,500,000 would mean creating new stock shares beyond the initial 100,000,000 in order to pay Simon, and this would dilute the value of the stock that the stockholders such as myself own. Paying him 1,000 SCUE would also decrease company assets by more than 25% which I oppose as we need liquidity in order to engage in the next ventures of CWG.

- Election of Tarjei Einhornsson as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Common Wealth Global.

I vote YEA to this. Tarjei is the best person for the job.

Dear Shareholders,

It is a shame that Tarjei has resigned. Merely a minimum of
activity could have kept Tarjei on as Chairman, and as CEO too,
had he delegated the bulk of his workload to an array of
competent underlings. Unfortunately, he has chosen to leave his post
and withdraw completely from administration. Of course, he retains
a large financial stake, and, as with any shareholder, he still
has an interest in our maintaining profitability.

Thus, it is with much interest and anticipation that I ask if any
of you are interested in serving as the CEO. If so, please respond
below.

(I myself am interested in resuming my role as Chairman of the
Board of Directors in order to shepherd this increasingly haphazard
shareholders' meetings. To this point I hereby invoke myself as Acting
Chairman of the Board on the basis of seniority.)
