Thank you for making me aware of the details of this matter, Lord High Reeve. Roberto Melanje is hereby granted citizenship in Yardistan, under your charge as an adult-ward, for the period of 15 years ASC. He will be required to have your permission to take up residence in at any addresses separate to your own, and you will be responsible for his errors. After that time he will be considered a full citizen of Yardistan, and may hold office etc.
