Treaty with Stormark

TREATY ON THE RELATIONS BETWEEN ELWYNN, AMOKOLIA AND HURMU (RIQI ADURELLION) AND THE HIGH REALM OF STORMARK

Article 1
In their relations with one and another, Elwynn, Amokolia and Hurmu (Riqi Adurellion) and the High Realm of Stormark (Stormark) shall employ a spirit of good neighbourliness.

Article 2
Stormark binds itself to protect the Hurmu Archives in the Imperial City of Haraldsborg while putting the Archives under the sovereignty of Riqi Adurellion who in turn shall put Cashma House on Cashma Island in the Sacred Lake of Cashma and Old Windmill House near the Town of Gambla Kvernaás on the shore of the Sacred Lake of Cashma under the sovereignty of Stormark to serve as holiday retreats for the members of the Imperial House of Ettlingar Freyu.

Article 3
Riqi Adurellion shall set up an embassy in the Imperial City of Haraldsborg so that cordial relations may be maintained. Stormark shall likewise set up an embassy in the City of Huyenkula.

Article 4
Stormark binds itself to protect the ruins of Lyrica City, Tjotahiti, Yaqri and Hurhaeng on the Lyrican continent (Heartland) and to afford nationals of Riqi Adurellion rights of visitation and pilgrimage.

Article 5
Riqi Adurellion binds itself to afford citizens of Stormark rights of visitation to the City of Kaupang, and to offer Stormarkers the right of education at the University of Kaupang (formerly known as Haldarsvik University).

Article 6
Riqi Adurellion and Stormark, in the spirit of high friendship and amicability, shall permit passport holders, here understood to be authenticated natural persons with confirmed full citizenship in either jurisdiction, to travel freely between their respective domains for the purpose of tourism, cultural exchanges and commerce, subject to the national laws of the host state.

Article 7
Riqi Adurellion and Stormark shall consider favourably requests for rights of navigation over their territorial waters and airspace to be granted to properly authenticated and registered civil vessels and civil aircraft registered in Elwynn, Amokolia or Hurmu, or Stormark, subject to the national law of the sovereign power in the territory being traversed.

Article 8
This Treaty is in force indefinitely. Either Party may choose to cancel this Treaty by notifying the other. Cancellation shall then enter force after three calendar months.


In witness whereof, agents of Riqi Adurellion and Stormark have signed this Treaty.

Done at the Imperial City of Haraldsborg, this 30 Fasmas 10DA, corresponding to 28 Bilskirnir 11.
