In desiring peace, cooperation and the continued deep friendship and alliance between our two countries, Elwynn wishes to appoint Senator Erion of the Far Reaches, Lord Baron of Tirlar, as ambassador for Elwynn to the Dominion of Natopia.

Should your Government accept Lord Erion as ambassador for Elwynn to Natopia, this letter shall be construed as a letter of credence, enabling my government's full faith and credit to be given him and that he shall say on the Elwynnese government's behalf.
