DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY IN THE COUNCIL OF ELIRIA

By the power invested in me by the Charter of Elwynn, I, Aaden Allot, lawfully Prince by vote of the Senate, do hereby decree the following:
1. The following are hereby appointed to the Council of Eliria as Councillors: Ardashir Shahanshah, Elijah Ayreon, Luix Rakira, Lord Erion, Gregor Cutting.
2. Ardashir Shahanshah is appointed as Councillor for Peace and Kinetics, and granted the title Master of the Hall of Tranquility.
3. Luix Rakira is appointed as Councillor for Arts and Protocol, and granted the title Master of the Hall of Harmony.
4. Elijah Ayreon is appointed as Councillor for the Nations, and granted the title Master of the Hall of Conciliation.
5. The Hall of Harmony is directed to arrange the necessary security clearance as soon as possible.
