Should your Imperial Niftiness, Successor to my Successor, accept Senator Brasky-Cutting as Elwynn's ambassador to Shireroth, this letter shall be letters of credence, enabling my government's full faith and credit to be given him and all that he shall say on behalf of the Elwynnese government.
