INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT ON THE ROTH ZERA



Article 1.

The following individuals shall take the following positions on the Roth Zera in order to provide consultation and advice to the Court of the Prince:



THE CHANCELLOR OF THE COURT, OMBUDSMAN &
MINISTER OF THE UNION FOR PEACE & KINETICS

Senator Osmani
Deputy Minister of the Union for Peace & Kinetics: Senator Malliki

Master of the Hall of Peace. The Minister of the Union for Peace & Kinetics will defend the Union States from all threats, foreign and domestic. The Chancellor of the Court will serve as representative to the Micras Treaty Organization.

MINISTER OF THE UNION FOR THE NATIONS

Senator Soleimân
Deputy: Senator Erion

Master of the Hall of Conciliation. The Minister of the Union for the Nations will represent the Union State to foreign nations and organizations. Specifically the Minister will be the official representative to the Micronational Cartography Society. All duties of the Minister may be delegated to the Deputy.

THE MINISTER OF THE UNION FOR THE ARTS, COMMERCE, AND PROTOCOL

Deputy Minister of the Union for the Arts and Protocol: Senator Octavius
Deputy Minister of the Union for Commerce: Senator Malliki

Master of the Hall of Amelioration. The Minister of the Union for Commerce will advise the Court of the Prince on economic concerns. Maintenance of infrastructure and amenities fall under the Minister of the Union for the Arts and Protocol's portfolio as well.

MINISTER OF THE UNION FOR JUSTICE

Senator Soleimân

Master of the Hall of Arbitration. The Minister of the Union for Justice will advise the Court of the Prince on legal matters and proper enforcement of laws.

THE MINISTER OF THE UNION FOR HARMONY

The Minister of the Union for Harmony will advise the Court of the Prince on matters relating to the various States that are bound to the Union. The Minister will also facilitate the integration of entities into the Union State. Subsequent to the entity's entry, the Minister will represent the affairs of the entity until a permanent minister is appointed for the new state. The Deputies will advise the Court of the Prince on their respective States.

Article 2.

This instrument shall take immediate effect throughout the Union State and Protectorates. The right to amend this document is retained.
