[1605/I] An Instrument of Government Concerning Appointments to the Council of Eliria
Article One
1.1. The Council of Eliria, a Privy Council to the Court of the Prince, is reinstated by this order;
1.2. It's composition shall be determined by the Office of the Conducător.
Article Two
2.1. The individuals named at Schedule 1 to this Instrument of Government shall be appointed as Councillors to the Prince as well as to other specified posts;
2.2. The Conducător is Chairman and Coordinator of the Council of Eliria.
Article Three
3.1. Any questions of interpretation or applicability arising from this Instrument of Government shall be referred to the Office of the Conducător for clarification by Rescript of the Court of the Prince.

His Excellency Deimos Jasonides, Chancellor of the Peoples' Academy of Elwynn (Alôqoqar Etâqon Adurellion), Senator and Warden of Rikarðsstaðr.
