INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT

An Instrument of Government Made in Regards to the Naturalisation of Zand Gozar

Article One
The Union State admits, through naturalisation, Zand Gozar, a citizen of Babkha and the Nordic Union, to the national community of the Union. Accordingly, Zand Gozar has all rights belonging to a national of Elwynn, Amokolia and Hurmu.

Article Two
Authorities in Elwynn are notified with the Union nationality of Zand Gozar and shall act accordingly.
