His Riverine Majesty was born from the marriage of the late Storjarla Esther Maryam Amirdokhtar of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja and the present Steward of Elwynn, the Storjarl Hallbjörn Haraldsson of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja.
King Noah is tall, athletic and handsome as well as exceedingly intelligent, excelling at anything he puts his mind to. He is also affable, generous and good-natured. In his royal veins runs the blood of all the major Peoples of Elwynn - Babkhi, Elw, Farewellish and Froyalanish - which earned him the epithet of Blood-Unifier. Through his bonds of kinship with the Emperor of Natopia - he is His Most Bovic Majesty's cousin - His Riverine Majesty also has a link with the Tapferite community of the Lands of the Two sacred Rivers. He is fluent in all the languages of the Twelve Peoples of Elwynn.
His Riverine Majesty is currently being fostered at the Imperial Court in Natopia by Emperor Naian of the Natopians, his foster father, who is grooming him into the perfect Prince. Through conducting the government of the Natopian Demesne of Jorvik, where he serves as Jarl of Bernicia, King Noah is also gaining quite valuable experience with the art of governing.
