By simply having a presence.

Mr Primo de Aguilar,

There are several ways to set up a business here. Natopia is not as bureaucratic as our other SANE allies, so Natopian companies are recognized to be Natopian companies once they engage in trade in Natopia. It is the responsibility of the owner of the company to ensure that all laws on taxation, etc., are upheld, but due to their sim nature, you need not be too worried.

If you have a Constancian or Shirerithian company, it will already, by the SANE treaty, be allowed to conduct free trade in Natopia and establish filials here. We're all very easy going.

Can I help you in some other way?
