Approximately 48 800 florins are in circulation in the Elwynnese banking system.
The breakdown is this:
The State must explore possibilities of giving services to the citizens and being able to tax when needed. Only some 24 thousand florins in circulation are private. Elwynn needs more accounts in its banks. Perhaps a system of interest could entice people to put their accounts in Elwynn.
Or perhaps, the State can sell services or similar things to generate revenue.
The Prince governs the Court of the Prince account. I just learnt that the Senate voted against itself being the master of the account itself, but I promise the Senate that no taxes will be levied without the Senate's approval, and no outward transactions of more than 1000 florins per Elw year will be made without the Senate's approval. The transactions will be reported every four Elw years to the Senate.
