Primary Provisions
1. There shall be three categories of award that the Count may personally grant to residents of Mar Sara or foreigners in recognition of ebullient contribution to the state.
2. These three categories shall be each termed as an 'Order', and shall be collectively referred to as the 'Orders of Wonder'.
The Order of Utility
3. The Order of Utility shall be a collection of honours granted to Mar Sarans or foreigners in recognition of significant economic, trade, cultural, legal or other contribution to the County, its government and its people.
4. The Order of Utility shall be divided into the following degrees, in order of precedence:
a. Knight, entitled to wear the collar of the Order and bear the postnomial 'KOU'.
b. Custodian, entitled to wear the ring of the Order and bear the postnomial 'COU'.
c. Member, entitled to wear the medal of the Order and bear the postnomial 'MOU'.
d. Peon, entitled to wear the ribbon of the Order and bear the postnomial 'POU'.
The Order of Fortitude
5. The Order of Fortitude shall be a collection of honours granted to Mar Sarans or foreigners in recognition of acts of bravery, daring, exceptional leadership or strategy, military prowess or defence of the realm and the state of peace which all Sarans enjoy.
6. The Order of Fortitude shall be divided into the following degrees in order of precedence:
a. Champion, entitled to wear the collar of the Order and bear the postnomial 'COF'.
b. Guardian, entitled to wear the medal of the Order and bear the postnomial 'GOF'.
c. Member, entitled to wear the ribbon of the Order and bear the postnomial 'MOF'.
i. The degree of Member shall be subdivided into three ranks: Member, Studded Member and Torch-Bearing Member, and these ranks shall be reflected in the ribbon that each are entitled to wear.
The Order of Excellence
7. The Order of Excellence shall be a collection of honours granted to Mar Sarans who have shown exceptional ability and dominance in international competitions, including sport, technology, and trade.
8. The Order of Excellence shall be divided into the following degrees in order of precedence:
a. Knight, entitled to wear the collar of the Order and bear the postnomial 'KOE'.
b. Commander, entitled to wear the gemmed ring of the Order and bear the postnomial 'COE'.
c. Member, entitled to wear the ring of the Order and bear the postnomial 'MOE'.
Miscellania
9. Precedent degrees shall be entitled to all the privileges and insignia of the lower degrees of each Order.
10. The insignia of each Order of Wonder shall be found in the Schedule to this degree.
