Treaty of Negrixnaht
The Emira of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara, Isabella Simrani-Kalirion, and the Chairman of the ESB-Jörmungandr Group, Thorgils Tarjeisson, having met and recognised their credentials, agree to the following:
1. For a period of twelve Elw years the ports of Port Royal, Port Black and Port Bailey on the Island of Amity in the Emirate of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara, shall be leased to the ESB-Jörmungandr Group. The lease shall cover all land, building structures, geological features, serfs and chattel and publicly owned property of any kind, within the municipal boundaries of the aforesaid ports.
2. For the duration of the lease, the ESB-Jörmungandr Group will have the full right to exercise all forms of comital powers within the leased ports.
3. At the expiry of the lease, full ownership and administrative control will revert to the Emirate of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara.
4. The ESB-Jörmungandr Group may, at the expiry of the lease, request to lease back the ports of Port Royal, Port Black and Port Bailey from the Emirate of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara after the reversion of control.
5. The ESB-Jörmungandr Group will pay the Emirate of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara two billion Teldrin Thalers for the lease of the aforesaid ports.
6. The ESB-Jörmungandr Group accepts full liability for all that occurs, or will occur within or outwith from the aforesaid ports for the duration of the lease and that the Emirate of Amity, Mirioth and So-Sara, shall be in no way liable or culpable for anything that should occur.
7. Both parties bind all their employees, subjects, retainers and any and all dependent persons, to adhere by the terms of a non-disclosure agreement, which will be circulated to all for signature. Failure to adhere to the non-disclosure agreement will result in immediate termination.
