A random guy asks a question on a square

On one of the central squares in Nordagaat, a man stands shouting on the top of his lungs: "So! What's up with Yardistan? I cannot seem to get this place, can someone please tell me what's going on here?"

Then he just sits down and waits for an answer.

OOC: this was a semi-creative way of asking basically that question.

From my brief interaction with Count Russell I can surmise that the Yardistani people are fiercely proud of their land, bristle at foreign intervention, and deeply entrenched in their traditions.

I do hope he returns to bring this place back up to speed. I want Yardistan to be an Imperial State again.
