We are writing to you with regard to your recent behaviour.
The Commission of the Military Administration of Yardistan has decided to transfer you to the Castle of Zy-Rodun on the island of the name name.
The major reason for your transfer is that you are seen as a destabilizing agent in Yardistan. You are bordering on sedition and breaching the peace. For your own safety, and for the stability of the territories under the Military Administration of Yardistan.
The aspirations behind your transfer is for the peace, order and good government of these islands.
In the Castle of Zy-Rodun, there will be a guard to protect you. You will have a whole castle to live in. You will live there comfortably. You will have free movement on the whole island. You will not leave the island without the approval of the Military Administration, except for travels to Shirekeep and out of Shireroth.
The Commission appreciates your cooperation in the matter. Should you wish to appeal this decision, please send an appeal to the Kaiser's Court with the following information: your name, which decision you are appealing and the reasons for your appeal.
This decision, which was made by unanimous vote in the Commission, enters force upon three ASC units unless a stay is granted by the Kaiser.
