WHEREAS, the Baron of Holly has taken matters into his own hands and has unilaterally, and without any consultation with the Duke or Ducal Counsels, declared the independence of Holly from the Duchy of Goldshire.

WHEREAS, to prevent chaos and destruction and decrease in quality of life for all in Holly, and to many in Goldshire,

HENCEFORTH, notwithstanding the permission of the Kaiser and any relevant Laws of Shireroth, the Barony of Holly, its borders, and all its inhabitants are hereby considered to no longer be a part of Goldshire.
