The Raynor Sea Agreement
Between the Federation of Gong and the Republic of Norfolk


WHEREAS Gong and Norfolk wish to better unite their peoples;

WHEREAS the people of the Six Islands and Dong Hao share the same racial and cultural background as Gong;

WHEREAS the people of the Raynor Isles share the same racial and cultural background as Norfolk;

THEREFORE Gong and Norfolk do hereby agree to an equal trade of lands;

WHEREIN Gong shall receive all rights and properties accorded to the Six Islands and Dong Hao;

WHEREIN Norfolk shall receive all rights and properties accorded to the Raynor Isles.

ENACTED THIS DAY, 6035 ASC
