Melangia Adopts New Flag

Post by Franklin Ross »

Image

Anders von Weise, Chief of Staff for Melangia, has issued an order replacing the old flag of Melangia with a new one that more appropriately represents the Mel'anje people. It retains use of the symbolic hourglass - a symbol that identifies the Mel'anje as historians - by stylizes it in a fashion singular to Melangia and more in keeping with the traditions of the Sea People.

The Laing family unequivocally opposes the use of the above 'flag' posted by the individual calling himself 'Franklin Ross.' The curved symbol and triangles are used nowhere in Melangian culture. Please remove it immediately, Chairman Ming. (Also per our PM we expect further extra care in this regard henceforth.)

Signed,

Wil
