Where administrative requests go when they have been dealt with. In other words, they've passed on; they are no more; they are pushing up the daisies; they are ex-requests.

Hi there,

Could you please unlock the forum 'Protectorate of Hawshire-Dura' - http://bastionunion.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=698

Assuming it is indeed locked, as it appears to me in this account. Not sure how/when that happened but can't find any intervening decree or other instrument of govt that would have affected this forum so please unlock - thanks.

Curious it's the only dominion to be locked, might be because it's parent category is locked. Either way, unlocked!
