What makes micronationalism still interesting to you?

The creativity, for one thing. Whether that creativity comes in the form of fiction or non-fiction writing, artwork, heraldry, military orders-of-battle or simply raw ideas, I find it stimulating being part of this process. As a historian, I also have a profound interest in the rise, evolution and decline of countries and societies. For all its failings, Micronationalism does simulate these processes surprisingly well: after all, suspicion, cynicism and mutual antagonisms are not confined to this hobby!

I mostly just want to see how a certain story ends, though I suspect "not well."

Pretty much the same reasons as Rossheim, really, and would emphasise that it's not just about writing/creating myself but regarding and enjoying the works of others. Stuff like this keeps me coming back. Also, the friendships, though sparse, which I've made.
