With the promulgation of the Charter, the constitutional name of our country is The Elwynnese Union. This is cumbersome, and I would favour a less formal name, Elwynn, to be used in legislation, official affairs, and relations with other powers when possible.
The bill allows for the constitutional name in contexts where it is required, as well as legitimizing the current unofficial term "Free Elwynn".
The bill includes translations in some of the various languages of Elwynn. Please improve on the translations if you want to.
