Act on the Final Reclaimation of Leng

The Senate of Elwynn, Amokolia and Hurmu,

acting under the fourth article of Consensus,

recalling and reiterating the Act on Leng (2011-12-17),

adopts:

AN ACT ON THE FINAL RECLAMATION OF LENG

Section 1 - Extension of Union sovereignty

1. The Union extends its jurisdiction and sovereignty to all parts of Leng not under the administration of Natopia or any other State as of this Act's coming into force. (see Annexe).

2. The reclaimed territory shall fall under the Amokolian Republic.

Section 2 - Authorization for future reclamation

The Court of the Prince is authorized, through instrument of government, to order a further extension of the Union's and Amokolia's jurisdiction and sovereignty on Leng, when the territory in question is not under the sovereignty of any foreign Power.

Section 3 - Final provisions

This Act comes into force upon the date designated by the Court of the Prince or the Government of Amokolia, whichever is earliest.
