Kaikias was Chrim's project after Antica was dissolved but I don't think he's going to do anything with it.

I was correct. It's no longer on the map. It was located south of Stormark and has since been colonized by them.

Hmm, okay... perhaps we can ask the Stormarkians' cooperation in relocating the people of Kaikas (those who want this, of course) to Apollonian territory once we expand our land. That way their traditions will live on within Apollonia.
