We are pleased on this day to receive the oath of His Serenity, taken as Prince of the Coordinated State of Elwynn:
His Serenity wrote:I, Dâniyal Umra Suleiman Simrâni-Kâlirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati, having been elected Prince of Elwynn, solemnly affirm and promise that I shall render dutiful worship to the Shrouded Constitution and be faithful to the Elwynnese Nation and the Charter of Coordination. I shall at all times do nothing that to me shall seem to be injurious to the People of Elwynn, their rights and freedoms, and the Charter.
