The State of the State [Prince's Address to the Nation]

My Ladies and Gentlemen, my fellow Elwynnese,

I shall be concise. Much must be attended to at this hour.

I have returned to government. The coup d'état was unsuccessful and I am now able to resume full power of the Elwynnese government. Elections will be held in accordance with my latest decree but on ASC 5140 instead. Instigators and members of the junta will be tried in accordance with law and the principles of the Constitution.

I reappoint the Senator Jaqoo Luuis as Steward of the State.

The Council of Eliria will thus in the meantime consist of myself, Senator Luuis and His Niftiness the Kaiser (Senator Aiomide Oqtavion).

The Senate is reopened. It shall be tasked with electing a new President of the Senate.

Mr Benjamin Kern is reappointed to the Senate. [OOC: interpretation of allegiances, same character is a no-no but many characters is okay]
