I've halfway filled out the form, I'll put it here for review before actually submitting it.
I could definitely use some help writing the answer to the last question because I haven't slept in 2 days and I'm really scrambled right now. Also, please point out any other issues any of you find, I was to make sure this is as strong a bid as possible.Nation Name: Toketi

Government: Absolute Monarchy (Toketi) within Triumvirate-led State (Gralus)
Number of Leagues: 1 (combined league with Novatainia)
Number of Teams in Premier Division: 8 (4 in the Toketi division)
Why do you think you deserve to host the world cup?:
Toketi hosted the World Cup in 2007 in a joint venture with Novatainia, and therefore already have the infrastructure and experience of successfully hosting an event of this magnitude (six of the ten stadiums listed have been in existence since 2006). The defunct leagues from Novatainia and Toketi will be revived and combined for a renewed program, which shall see its first season in the year leading up to the 2012 WC, rejuvenating interest in the sport in Toketi. This also means that Toketi's international squad will head into the next world cup with some much needed experience for the slew of rookies playing this year. Toketi has participated in every World Cup thus far, and is known to perform well, most times advancing beyond the group stage, and even taking the runner-up title in 2007, making Toketi a consistently high-ranked team internationally.
On the list of stadiums (which I still need to list capacities for), 6 of them are from Toketi's old league, and the other 4 (marked with *s) are either new stadiums for IAFL or stadiums being planned for this even. Just to let you all know.
As for a Novatainian bid, I might leave that to Novatainians to discuss, because I have absolutely zero authority to speak for them...
