Motion of no confidence

Post by Carl Jackson »

Albert Harlech, the Senator for Safiria, walks in and wakes up the sleeping chamber by saying, rather loudly:

“I move that this Senate have no confidence in the present Speaker and elect a replacement.”

OOC: From a message I got from Shy a few weeks ago:
, I don't know if it would be worth putting in CJ as Deputy Speaker or something until I came back, but I don't know when that would be. I really don't.
I think this might be less disruptive than holding a motion of no confidence. I'm hopeful he will be able to return soon.

I also agree with Shy and Scott but just to be contrary I move that the Senate should hold a vote of no-confidence in itself.

I'm not confident that's a good idea just yet.
