The Noor Gate is the closest that the unwashed of Shirekeep are allowed to approach to the inner sanctum of Raynor's Keep. It is the place for the submission of petitions, the reading of proclamations, and the public execution of heinous criminals.

Order on the End of the Alejian Castle Session


1. The Prætor of the Landsraad hereby notifies the Imperial Electorate that work on the repairs, renovations and improvements on the Palace of Zirandorthel has finished. She is also satisfied that the security situation in the city of Shirekeep has improved sufficiently to allow for the return of the Landsraad to the Imperial Capital aforesaid.

2. Let it therefore be known throughout the Imperial Republic of Shireroth and beyond that it is hereby ordered by the Prætor of the Landsraad that the Alejian Castle Session ends now and consequence of the aforesaid shall the meeting place of the Imperial Electorate in the Landsraad assembled from henceforth be the Palace of Zirandorthel in the city of Shirekeep again.
