A Question of Succession

The Noor Gate is the closest that the unwashed of Shirekeep are allowed to approach to the inner sanctum of Raynor's Keep. It is the place for the submission of petitions, the reading of proclamations, and the public execution of heinous criminals.

in such a situation Shireroth should, at the very least, be expected to address the matter and have at least some members of the Pact acknowledge that Shireroth is not bound by it. Why? So stuff like this doesn't happen.

They might, but if they don't, the treaty obviously is not valid for Shireroth at all. If the signatory no longer has the power to conduct foreign affairs, the treaty is only valid if the office that has this power gives validity to it.

Well, baiting trolls and contrarians is one of Our favourite micronational passtimes - We still relish Our exchanges with trolls like Stefan Anturi and Olav Haakonsson - but it also is very addictive and quite the distraction. So cutting off the RasmusNation was quite the personal sacrifice for Us, so that Our attention, and that of the rest of Shireroth, can directed to more constructive matters.

We furtherrmore hate to bring it to the Queen of Goldshire, but until the Big Poobah of the RasmusNation leaves the hobby, the reunification of Shireroth and Kildare is a pipedream.

And given statements by Jingdao like "Jingdao will not participate unless Shireroth is removed from this conference", "suggests you go fuck yourselves" and "We will not talk to Shiretits." it should be quite obvious that Jingdao is not terribly interested in constructive diplomatic relations with Shireroth. The only relationship the RasmusNation wants with Shireroth is a troll-victim relationship with the former as troll and the latter as victim since a belligerent attitude toward Shireroth is part of the national folklore of the RasmusNation and a way for them to generate activity.

Anyway, We shall not be giving any attention to this matter anymore and focus Our time and energy on taking Shireroth higher.

I have no idea how I should interpret this statement, which seems to be trespassing the realm of IC once again. I trust His Niftiness will answer my calls to him on a later occasion.
