The Eparchy of Lindstrom, First of the Four Quarters of the Church, has gone on too long without the guidance of a true leader.

Our calf, Nathan II Waffel-Paine, being the great-grandson of the Once-Living God, demonstrates a special affinity for prophecy and communion with Bous, is hereby called to accept the burden of the Office of Metrobosarch of Lindstrom. As is custom, the Emperor of the Natopians seves ex officio as Metrobosarch of Lindstrom, and he shall follow in the footsteps of his mother, Saint Asara, and his grandfather Naian who all served as Metrobosarch of Lindstrom.

Nathan II, the Metrobosarch of Lindstrom, will become the leader of the Bovic community in the Eparchy of Lindstrom, covering the South-West Quarter of Micras. His seat will be the Cathedral-Basilica of the Sacred Calf in Lindstrom. He will care for the welfare of all residents of the Quarter, regardless of their faith. He may establish Bovic churches in the area to whatever extent he deems appropriate.

In religious affairs he will be beholden and subservient to us, the Pentheros of the Dozan Bovic Church; in rank he is equal to other Metrobosarchs, although in protocol he will be seated First due to the status of the South-West Quarter as First of Four. In temporal affairs he will obey the laws of his present locality.
