Saint Biffor is the patron of confidants and so I shall count among my friends, and the friends of the Church, and find those worthy of honor. Today, I find Basileus Petros III and Basileusa Cleo to be worthy of this honor. They are hereby inducted into the Bovic Order of Saint Biffor as Knight and Dame, the only rank, and are entitled to be addressed as "Sir Majesty" and "Dame Majesty" when in Athlon, and may include the postnomials OSB to indicate this honor.

Sir Majesty Petros and Dame Majesty Cleo are True Friends of the Church, for their welcoming attitude towards Bovics and consent to the construction of the Bovic Cathedral in Vey.
