Whereas, a restructuring of the byzantine hierarchy of the church is required to keep the blossoming church from stagnating, I have reduced the number of Eparchies to Four (plus the supernumerary Storish Eparchy) to govern and minister to the four quarters of the world. All Metrobosarchs retain the right to vote for Pentheros.

An amendment, to remove Athlon from the jurisdiction of the South-East Quadrant and place it above all overs. Aside from guiding the calves in their quadrants, the Metrobosarch's most sacred task is to vote for a new Pentheros. Therefore, having the Pentheros also serve as a Metrobosarch makes little sense, since the death of a Pentheros will always result in the loss of one of the electors who must choose the next Pentheros. The Pentheros will remain titular Metrobosarch over Athlon, but this will make way for a new Metrobosarch, unburdened by the governance of the global church, in the south-east who can spread Bovinism in the untamed wilds of Eura and Corum.
