Hiring a Chief Executive Officer

Required:

Political Connections

The Ear of the monarchs and leaders of the Dutch sector
The Ear of leaders across Micras
The ability to write and read in Dutch

Clarification, and this was asked last time, for salary purposes, what do you mean by year? Both Gregorian and ASC seem out.

Conglacio, CJ Miller:

I understand that the salary is low compared to a lot of government salaries. Yes, admittedly, you can currently make more money as a government official than an employee of GC, not counting bonuses. However, when you do count bonuses, I'd say its about even. Our Regional VP for Shireroth is compensated well, for instance.

That said, we do need to increase our capital so we can pay out salaries that meet or surpass government salaries. I take responsibility for this. We are undergoing some restructuring that will help remedy this. Hiring a new CEO is crucial as a part of this process. Further, if we have to increase the salary and stock options for the CEO, to attract a better candidate, we can.
