To allow the proposed expansion of the Two Martyrs

Be it enacted by the Representatives of the Bovic Empire in Frenzy assembled,

Sole Section
The Frenzy directs the Imperial Government to request the MCS Council to recognize the claim of the Two Martyrs according to the Schedule to this Act.

After years of disarray there appears to be much hope for the Two Martyrs. After decades of inability establish a constitution of the Two Martyrs according to the Caprine Code, the Matriarch of the Line of Ayreon-Kalirion, the Kaiseress (step-daughter to the Emperor), sent her own brother to break the political disunity in the Martyrs House of Nobles.

The arrival of Prince Kir, a member of both the house of Ayreon-Kalirion and of Waffel-Paine, has begun an active work at reforming the government, beginning at cleaning it up and surveying. He has found that land outside the legal claims of the Natopian Empire have been in continuous use by fishermen and hunters (the borders have not been delineated in the real world, only on maps...) for decades. In order to rectify the borders, he asks, through the unanimous support of the Mar Sara Asara's delegation to the Frenzy of updating the borders of the Natopian Empire with regard to the Two Martyrs.

The newfound peace in the Antarctic brings hope. Children in Köniz have begun playing football instead of looting. These are prosperous and hopeful times. We ask that this house accept this correction of the border.

- We're working a football league, gonna make a map of it all, divide up lordships
- then make a constitution according to the CC
- it'd be nice to get Two Martyrs restored to full demesne status instead of its current (fake demesne?) status, but we'll leave that for later once we have a constitution, I suppose
