[Bill] Naya Island Act

Mr Speaker,

I propose the following Bill to separate the Princely Island from the Demesne of Klaasiya, rename it, establish a permanent NDF base there, and place it under direct imperial control, to be governed by a member of the former tsarist family of Klaasiya.

A BILL
To Assign a Demesne's Land to the Imperial Government

Be it enacted by the Representatives of the Bovic Empire in Frenzy assembled,

Section 1
This Bill may be referred to as the Naya Island Act

Section 2
The Caprine Code of the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation shall be updated to include a new section in Chapter XII outlining the government of Naya Island, formerly known as Princely Island.

Section 5 - Naya Island
1. The Frenzy recognizes that the Demesne of Klaasiya has donated the island known as the Princely Isle to the Imperial government.
2. The island is renamed Naya Island.
3. The Natopian Defense Force will operate a military base, air base, naval port, and spaceport on the island.
4. Eremias Angus-Moonoak shall govern all aspects of the island, excluding the lands within the NDF bases, as Knyaz of Naya Island. His designated heirs will govern the island as Knyaz upon the death or resignation of Eremias.
5. To support the NDF's installations and missions on the island, the Emperor may intervene in the island's affairs by issuing Decrees directing the Knyaz to take actions pursuant to the goals of maintaining and promoting Natopian interests abroad.
