Could you please explain the relation between VBN and the A1 News Service?

VBN is a news feed aggregator that automatically puts together the latest news broadcasts from around Micras (at least, for those broadcasts I know about). As it happens, A1NS is the most active news service on Micras by far, and so they have the most stories. Any of the Bastion news feeds will also feed into VBN - most other people don't post much news.
